Enriched with smart new functions, such a support for some really cool games, a search feature, a brighter screen to watch movies, and, last but not least - featuring a larger capacity (up to 60GB, though 80GB versions have already hit the market) this version of the iPod is sure to make a great travelling companion given the long video battery life. And the price drop makes the lure nearly irresistible
Pros
Bright screen. Excellent interface. Seamless ... read more integration with iTunes. Reverse transfer of purchased music from iPod back to PCs is a sure plus. The player demonstrates very good sound quality. The acclaimed video battery life is decent and as far as test go not overestimated. The player supports Lossless and Audible formats, as well as gapless playback as well as a variety of fun games.
Cons
Audio battery life could be longer. FM tuner and recording capabilities require optional accessories. Video-format support could be broader. 60GB do not seem to be so attractive any more since there is an 80GB version available on the market, which still makes the 60GB item a good bargain in terms of the cost/quality ratio
